FOR THE DEVICE THAT YOU HaVE CONNEcTED TO ThE CompUTER. what does this mean.. what do i have to do to my phone is it because it doesnt have a microds card? where do i get that software?

One of the best solutions is to go into your control panel and find the software installed on your computer and uninstall and then reinstall. Sometimes the software isn’t downloaded right. If all else fails customer service should be able to walk you through it.
